After only 11 years in the real estate business Ben Kinney now owns and operates one of the top 25 producing real estate teams in the nation from all brands. Also he owns and operates multiple Keller Williams Realty Franchises that includes 1050+ agents across seven locations servicing over 6 counties in Washington State.  In 2015 he opened his first international brokerage in London, UK that has over 30 agents.  Those offices combined will sell over 7300 units equalling over 2.7 billion in closed sales volume. Ben is a nationally recognized trainer and speaker. In the last few years he has personally trained over 100,000 business owners via conferences, classes, and webinars.
Ben is ranked by the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends as one of the top 100 real estate agents for both total units sold and total sales volume in the nation by selling over 500 homes and 100,000,000 in volume in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.  Sales in 2015 will be over 200 million in closed volume and represent over 700 closed transactions.Recently Ben was named Inman News 2014 “Innovator of the Year” for his work in real estate and technology specifically for the creation of Brivity and Blossor. Previously Ben was name by Inman as one of the 100 most influential people in real estate.
Ben Kinney along with the NY Times best selling author Jay Papasan wrote and published an award winning book named: Soci@l – How to attract friends, followers, and connections to your real estate business.Ben Kinney created – IMSD (Internet Marketing Specialist Designation) which teaches agents the tools and systems needed to thrive in the toughest of markets. IMSD has since been sold to a large publicly traded company.

KWKLY:  Purchased from Zillow Corp in 2015.  KWKLY is a mobile lead generation and property search tool used by major real estate brokerages and top real estate teams.

Brivity:  Brivity is a CRM, Transaction Management, Marketing, and Communication tool used by over 7000 real estate professionals.

Blossor:  Blossor is a national real estate search portal similar to Redfin built with innovative search tools and layered with unique gamification features.
